whole practice works. I find it
amazing how organized it is. It’s
a full team effort. I enjoy the
harmony of the practice as the
day goes on."

Obviously, much of the credit for
that comment goes to the deci-
sion makers that oversee the
business end of things, but noth-
ing would happen if it weren’t
for the teams of people you will
never see up front. It’s their
work, unseen, that makes this
practice run like a precision
instrument.

Sue, Human Resources. She makes sure that the team looks great, stays safe, and has all the right equipment available for excellent patient care.
