Introducing Our Newest Doctor, Dr. Tung Bui
Could it be that playing the trumpet in a band with a bunch of root canal residents in a dental school variety show gave Tung Bui the inspiration to become an Endodontist?
Yes, definitely, Tung says of his decision to follow in the footsteps of his friends. A little fun, self-discipline and years of helping out with his mother in her dental office made for a perfect start to his career…one that seems to fit well with Tung’s easy-going, fun-loving spirit.

“I enjoy treating patients,” Tung says. “And I can deal with complex situations well. This makes me comfortable when managing patients with dental anxiety.”
A native of Toronto, Tung and his wife, Ai Leen, moved to the desert southwest this year so he could join the Southern Arizona Endodontics team.
Tung enjoys tremendous success in his endeavors both on and off the job. When he’s not creating visual magic as an award-winning photographer, Tung can be found kayaking, snowboarding or driving himself to cross the finish line in a marathon.
A multi-talented multi-tasker, Dr. Tung Bui brings a delightful dimension to this team of Endodontists who work in southern Arizona but have forged a nation-wide reputation for excellence.
